About halfway through my second tube, my results plateaued. My lashes never reached an impressive length. I saw this Eyelash Serum here as I was ordering another skin care product. I can't say I expected much for the low, low price, but since my Tarte was almost empty, I decided there wasn't much to lose and I ordered this product.
