Entirely hand-made cointreau soaked whole cherry Belgian chocolate truffles. We hand roll the cherry truffle into rounds and then add the whole cherry(these have been soaking in cointreau for many months, we drain them and add the liqueur to the truffle mixture), roll it back up to a round shape and dip and decorate in milk Belgian chocolate.
