Fitted with 13 hardened zinc plated 4.5cm spikes on each sandal. The footplate is made from high durability plastic with rear heel kick to knock off the dirt / grass build up. If you wear these while cutting the grass then you will be doing two jobs at once as you will be getting exercise in as you put them to use.
