I then ultrasonically clean the parts, then rinse them with a chemical solution. The parts are re-inspected for any debris or corrosion before I re-assemble the watch. Prior to the complete assembly with the case and watchband, I clean and remove all scratches and dirt, and then polish the watch to the best of my ability to make it look almost new.
