Very rare to find in anoriginal edition. First published in 1837, the first four editions, of 1837, 1845, 1849 and 1856 went through various revisions, this is the1867 fifth edition of the work by Edward Shawrewritten and much enlarged by Jonathan Hutchinson F.R.C.S. (see Preface, photo's 4 & 5).
