This is a small adult size cap, with no labels for manufacturer or sizing information. It fits fine on my 7.25 hat size head, but please be aware that it sits high. It will not come down over your ears, as you can see on the 1st picture. You may need to secure it somehow if you want it to stay on during any major activity. The back peak is about 7.25 inches high. The curved bottom opening measures a little over 12 inches. The full bottom edge from back to end of narrow front point measures 16 inches. It is real suede. Each layer is about 2 mm thick and the hat weighs a little over 6 ounces.
