With its “Modern C” profile and satin finish, it nestles comfortably in the gripping hand. The edges are gently rounded, you hardly feel them when playing. The 12” radius fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets plays smoothly and quickly, and offers enough space for powerful bending. There are already string notches scored in the saddle so you can position the strings correctly, but the notches still need to be cut and filed. As befits an authentic FENDER neck, it bears a serial number, stamp and the “Original Body Contour” logo sticker on the headstock.
