I'm not exactly sure what this is but I thought it may be if use to someone. It came from a recent workshop clearance of a deceased amateur radio operator and it looks to good to throw away, so here it is. The large power transistor that is bolted to the heatsink is a BDX35 if that's any help? Items will be shipped second class via Royal Mail, thank you.
