I bought this in 2023 and rode it a handful times, Due to the health condition, I couldn't use it anymore. As you can see from the photos, it's in a very good condition like a new. Stored in the shed to keep it safe from rain and wind. I'll give you a spare front wheel which has the motor. It just needs to be turned up. The battery is located at the back of the seat(4th photo).
