Everything that is shown in the pictures is included. There is where on the packages and small tears here and there. The sinkers have been opened and there is four in one and three in the other I don't know what the things in the small box are called. It looks like the lures have not been opened or used. There are 13 packages and two small bags of sinkers and the little box.
