This is a promotional booklet for upcoming projects from Mirage Publishing 1993, including Vol 2 No 1 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The front of it looks like the actual comic book, inside however is more like a newsletter with promo information. Magazine sized, not comic book sized. Can't find this anywhere else online!
