This used LEGO set is "The Simpsons House" (set number 71006) from the LEGO theme based on The Simpsons TV show. The set features all the mini figures and comes in its original box packaging (fair condition) with all the instructions (great condition). Built checked all pieces were there and broken back down into individual bags. Only thing that is missing is the “property of Ned Flanders” sticker on the wheel barrow, small bag of spares but will say 99% to be safe.
