Lovely painted cast iron late Victorian clock Wants to run and will without the pendulum ( very quickly) but stops after a period when used with pendulum, probably just needs a good professional overhaul and clean up but sold as not working to be on the safe side. Comes with key and pendulum,Only one backplate screw present ..needs some TLC from someone who loves clocks!
