The listed lens is for zone focusing, so you don’t see the focusing with this lens in the camera internal viewfinder. Other lenses from Leica M and voigtlander allow to focus exactly and check it in camera. In the back of the camera the Diopter adjustment is missing. Still focus is accurate as it was also tested with a Leica M Summicron 50mm f2 lens (not listed).
