Wacom Intuos 4 Medium PTK-640 PTK640 Graphics Tablet (NO PEN)
This item connected to a Windows 11 PC, and all the buttons worked ok (drivers are on the Wacom website). It has no stylus/pen, so we weren't able to test it any further than this. It has no stylus/pen, cables or software.
