A beautiful antique Art Deco solid 14k gold opal cabochon floral scrolling hexagonal ring. This small and dainty antique Art Deco solid 14k yellow gold ring has a pretty opal cabochon which glows with gorgeous sapphire blues and emerald greens with flashes of oranges, yellows and reds depending on how it touches the light, the opal bezel-set in a hexagonal setting with engraved sun rays around it, the high filigree setting full of lovely floral scrolls and the shoulders with further engraved scrolling floral decorations leading to an elegant classic band-super lovely! The ring has rubbed marks and tests for 14k gold. The ring sits approximately half way between a size 5 1/2 and a size 5 3/4 (perhaps slightly closer to a 5 3/4). The ring measures about 8.5mm x 7.5mm across the face. The opal measures about 3mm.
