Sent the broken one off for repair under insurance and they replaced with a brand new one. I'm unsure if it's brand new or officially refurbished however it looks completely mint condition, stickers still attached. Comes in a simple but secure box, however will send the original box also but imei numbers won't match up. Apple sell this model refurbished for £779.
