In excellent working order with carry case and accessories. Lots of items to get you going. Please note the HTV and vinyl, some of it has been used but there is lots that's brand new. Of the accessories, I have thrown in used card mats as you may be able to get some use out of them but thete there is a brand new card mat, brand new unused foil transfer kit, brand new replacement blade and two sets of brand new pens.
