Miro Lithographs II, published by Leon Amiel, New York, in 1975, with a preface by Raymond Queneau. Quarto, first edition. An un-numbered copy of an edition limited to 5000. The work is the American edition of the volume, originally published by Maeght Editeur, Paris, in the same year. It is the second volume, covering the lithographic work Miro created between 1953 and 1963, of the catalogue raisonné published by Maeght in 6 volumes. It is missing the 11 original color lithographs created by Miro for the volume. The book is otherwise in very good condition, enclosed in a clear acetate dust jacket that has a 3" tear at the top rear of the hinge-side fold, but is otherwise intact clean, and in a tight binding. One gather is not completely seated, but in no danger of falling out.
