This is for a complete Assembly Square with instruction booklet. Booklet has some creases and minor spine damage - check photos. Also there is some significant yellowing of the white pieces on the roof. This is hard to see in the photos but they are yellowing. The set was built by our boy and displayed in his bedroom. It is a bit dusty inside and some parts would benefit from wiping down with a damp cloth. Smoke free and pet free home. I will break it down into bags for each room for easy postage and reassembling.
