These post-it note pads were part of the items you could redeem Nintendo points against when Club Nintendo was a thing. The smaller pad has about 20 notes left, the fuller one has about 50 notes (think this may be full). Not sure whether these were ever available elsewhere, but are now quite rare and collectible.
