Diamond Hammer Drill, Looks Like Flexco Cracking Chisel But With Twist Drill Bit
Small diamond shape on 3/16" bit and "DIAMOND" written above the grip. Bit is probably removable but not with ease. Estate sale find. I believe this man worked for Bell South as a lineman. Not sure how this hand held tool relates to that work.
