Have had this watch from new however the touchscreen has become temperamental and only responds to touches some of the time. Seems like top side of the screen is more responsive than the bottom part. The buttons on the side still work fine. Have charged the watch to show that it works, just needs the touchscreen sorting. Comes with original box and charger as well as a strap. No usb lead
