Vintage Record Auto vice 74 Patent No 310723/28 vise garage/workshop tool used. There is marks from previous use hacksaw marks across the top see pictures. The small round anvil look to be held in by a bolt but looks like the head has snapped off I think anyway, won't effect use as you don't really need to take the anvil out. Any questions please ask.
