An early 20th century sterling silver and hand enamelled French powder box. Of circular form with guilloche enamel to the body and lid with pink rose design. Lid enamel in good order overall with more significant losses to the sides. With French Minerva strike marks inside also impressed STERLING with light gilded interior and engine turned base. Lid detached from body at hinge but does fit on tightly. 8.0cm diameter x 2.7cm high. 164g.
