This is a broken Kuru toga mechanical pencil The pencil is broken and being sold for parts The pencil still pushes out lead but it just doesn’t rotate The clear plastic section that has the plastic clip On it spins loosely and won’t hold still This pencil can write just not in the manner intended. It still has components that work
