Sealapack Large Tie Handle Freezer Bags are easy to use. Place food in the bag, expel the air and tie the handles together for a secure seal. Do not overfill the bag. Prepare chopped fresh ingredients you regularly use, such as chopped onions and garlic, carrots and leeks, add to bag and freeze. Remove bag from freezer, pierce the top of the bag to allow steam to escape whilst defrosting in a microwave. Portion fresh food of leftovers before freezing to avoid waste, making it easier to defrost only what you need. Defrost food in the fridge to keep it chilled. Once thawed use as soon as possible.
