This camera is in superb condition. This is me speaking not AI. It had new seals 3years ago so are as good as possible. The lens is in full working order with clean glass. The 67 film holder is also in great condition. All features and controls throughout are in full working order. It comes with an additional motorised 6x8 film back which takes 4xAA batteries (not included) and a prism finder, both in great condition . It comes with a twin cable release (not Mamiya) but of equal quality as a Mamiya item, a camera strap with strap lugs. Please see photos to see condition and what it comes with.
