Purchased for an art project and never used. It was already in a used condition when I got it. There are some scratches and chips, paint is bubbling over the surface in some areas. Best use would be mannequin lamp or some form of art project where you sand the surface down and spray with primer/ new coat of paint. Brown stuff on the surface is just packing tape residue.
