Panasonic M1 SVHS full size, shoulder mounted camcorder. This unit it NOT working. For engineers: The unit will temporarily power-on and allow for tapes to be inserted and ejected, however it returns to an off state soon after. With some coaxing, pre-recorded tapes will play for a few seconds. The EVF appears faulty. The RF unit / charger is working and the batteries appear to hold charge.
