Genuine Nvidia 12V-2x6 to Dual 8-pin PCIe Power Adapter. Brand new but opened. It came with 5070 MSI GPU. Was opened originally but when building PC then realised that PSU had 12VHPWR cable included, so did not need to use this one in the end.
