This behaviour is consistent with known USB compatibility factors noted by Logitech, as the PTZ Pro 2 is internally a USB 2.0 device even when connected to USB 3.0 ports. Works perfectly and produces stable video when used via USB 2.0 (including via USB 2 hub on modern systems).
