Vintage Brass & Aluminum Pump Of Some Kind, Air, Oil, Grease, Fire Extinguisher?
I have searched to no avail to find what this is. The tube is brass and the handle aluminum. It has a loose rubber plug on the opposite end of handle. I think it is missing a lock nut to hold the handle to the tube.
