New never used. Great simple fork mount and rear wheel clamp system suitable for road and hybrid bikes. Designed to fit Thile square profile bars but may fit others or could be modified. Good for vintage look enthusiast possibly or everyday use. I always thought fork mounting is the best for roof bar carriers.
