As far as I can tell this phone is actually in fully working condition, but I've listed as for parts or not working because I can't vouch for the overall battery condition or the condition of the keyboard. The cosmetic condition is pretty rough as this phone was used regularly when it was current, but there are no obvious operational flaws besides that.
