This set is probably about 92% complete. It is missing a few items from the build, small yellow clip, black top fin and two black cones. Not much left of the minifigs either! Edit: I have found the last black cylinder piece to complete the bottom tank bases. This will either make a good restoration or break up for BL. Please study the pics before you bid. Thanks
