Plant blooms from spring to fall with a single 10 cm wide flower. Sterilise the monkey orchid seeds by soaking them in a 10% hydrogen peroxide solution for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once established, transplant to standard orchid pots with a suitable epiphytic orchid mix.
