Very simple flashing unit. Connect up your input voltage and then connect up your leds to each side. Adjust the flash rate by turn the blue adjustment resistor. Can be used for things like police style lights or railway crossing etc. More than 1 led can be used on each side but do not overload.This does not regulate voltage, the voltage in is what you will get out.Great for models, trains etc....watch the video!Thanks.
