Both of the items are house clearance finds, I do not know if they work as I would not know how to use them! The Mitutoyo seems to be the better of the two, it is incredibly Magnetic! The on / off switch moves as it should. There is rust as shown. The Eclipse one has a push button which I can not push and has more rust. Both sold as seen. I can look closer if you ask me specifically what to look at or take more images if you ask.
