Floating plants are an excellent, easy way to improve the quality of your aquarium water. They readily use up nitrates and phosphates and so actively fight against algae. Duckweed is the smallest of the plants and spreads quickly, Salvinia is the slightly larger with lovely padded leaves and small roots, and Frogbit is the largest, offering great root coverage and broad leaves. Duckweed, Frogbit, Salvinia or a combination of all 3! These floating plants will make a great and easy addition to any aquarium.
