British Made Possibly Joehillco Extra Small Scale Motorcycles With Riders X 2
I think these are Dinky over Hubley (see above). They are well worn but I can't find any others like them at such a small scale. See comparison with a standard UK current 5 pence coin. These are less than 4 cm long.
