This is a Pitco Gas Fryer with 3 burners, suitable for liquid propane. It is a floor model deep fat fryer with a capacity of approximately 18-20L. It was manufactured in 2011. New thermocouple fitted. Unsure what other repairs may be needed. Definite potential for gas engineer to fix.
