Tower Not Working. Near Complete. Sadly, the tower does not power on. Tested with fresh batteries and no lights or sounds. Note: Tower does not power on. See photos for condition. We used a heat gun to remove the remaining tape left behind and did not destroy any of the graphics in the process.
