The secret is friction. Simply create enough friction to perfectly bind the chocolate with the warm milk or water, but this can’t be achieved with stirring alone. Remove the shaker lid and put desired amount of chocolate in the jar then fill with your desired pre-heated milk or fill the jar with cold milk to be heated in a microwave (1000w) for two minutes.
