The device works but there is an intermittent issue with overheating, a warning message will come up on the TV and will turn off, after which the TV can be turned back on and in my case has functioned as expected. This overheating message does not appear everytime the TV is turned on and is intermittent. For this reason I am selling it for parts as I have replaced my box. The fan may just need to be replaced or cleaned. No cables included.
