game cube DOL-001, it doesn't read disks, I tried to adjust the potentiometer once (1/8 turn counter clockwise) but didn't make a difference. I don't have the time to troubleshoot why so I'm selling it to someone who can make use of it somehow. console only (no cables or controllers)
