used once or twice as new condition included is the 64GB storage card that came with the system along with a better quality Kingston sd card backed up with the operating system and games which makes the system run a little faster and more reliable than the unbranded stock card which comes with it when new. will also include a better type c cable to charge the device better than the one that came with it
