You are buying 10 x top hangers for vertical blind slats. These fit 3.5 inch/89 mm wide vertical blind veins/slats. They have a 2-position top hanging slot. The ends are rounded. The colour is cloudy/opaque/off white that plastic some times can be. I am retiring, hence clearing out the remainder of my shop stock so you can get a BARGAIN.
