It has a netted underskirt to create the gorgeous flare and a ribbon belt. It is a transparent layer that goes over a built in underslip. Only worn a couple of times, sad to say, it’s not big enough for me now. It is fitted and lined, a very good quality dress. It cost around £145 when new.
