The Church's Shannon is an iconic shoe, fantastic for wet weather. The previous owner was clearly over-zealous with the shoe polish because there is frankly a lot of old polish caked onto the vamp. If you fancy a restoration project, stripping the old polish back and starting anew, then these would make a great project. The leather uppers are in fine condition, no tears or loose threads but they do (in my opinion) need to be stripped of the old polish so you can start again. The soles are pretty work, but the welt is intact and a good cobbler can probably do a resole very easily.
